Can never get an appointment when I need one, when I do get one I don’t feel like the new doctor wants to listen, bring palmed off to other nhs resources when all I want for myself and family is to be able to see our GP!!

Total disgrace call to book appointment, get told yeah all booked in for you, turn up on day, to get told we haven't got you booked in and got no space to see you. Had to have time off work too!!  Very unprofessional !!!!
