Have been here on and off over the last 6 years of chronic back pain. I've been guided towards what I need to do to recover as best as given my situation, and do my best with good results. Healing isn't a one time fix, it's a lifestyle adjustment. As long as begin the journey early enough!

I have using the clinic for over 10 Years. The treatment from my regular chiropractor has always been effective and professional and I would rate the service as 5 stars until last January 2106, when i needed treatment urgently but the chiropractor I normally use was not there, I decided to go ahead with stand in chiropractor to my deep regret. My treatment has always been on my neck ,shoulders and upper back, but this chiropractor decided to also treat my lower back above my buttock area and buttock area, where I have never had any issues. During treatment I felt excessive pressure being applied to the surrounding area. I noticed this at the time when I felt excessive pressure on the bone on my lower back and buttock area. Since then I have had lower back pain, buttock and leg pain, which is there now most days, despite stretching, massage and several appointments with the NHS physiotherapist. It feels like nerve pain. I did contact my regular chiropractor who was excellent and very understanding and provided several free treatments to his credit but he was unable to get rid of the pain. Prior to this I have never had any lower back or buttock pain and now I am stuck with this muscle/ nerve pain indefinitely. I would be very wary of using a chiropractor that you have not used prior or been recommended.

Not the same level of care or customer service as it onxe had. Felt very rushed through last time I visited and the treatment exacerbated my neck rather than help it. Unfortunately do not recommend this clinic anymore. I used to but since my last visit I've been very put off

I have been going to these guys for years and they never let me down. Having suffered with back problems my whole life they have helped me stay on top of and maintain my symptoms. I have also recommended them to numerous friends and family who also continue to use their services

one price over the phone 75 pounds more when you get there. they did this twice over the years. a very sharp practice if you ask me.
