Awful surgery, awful doctors, awful reception staff. Absolutely don't care about the patients. It is evident from the fact that I rang they picked up without answering hung up on me 10 times! I could have been dying but this is just not on! When you walk in the staff are miserable, argumentative and dam right rude. Some of the doctors don't give a Flying fadoodle about you and are reluctant to prescribe anything. On one occasion I saw a female run out of the surgery crying and then the doctor ran after her to calm her down, presumably because he didn't give a ounce of consideration to the reason for her being there. Overall does not even deserve the 1 star rating! Someone needs to put this surgery into special measures.

The staff are very rude, ignorant and talk over you when you try and explain your situation. They cancelled my emergency appointment last night so i ended up at the walk in centre just because their locum doctor hadn arrived. Just phoned to book an appointment today as ive been instructed to see my gp today to be told i have to wait a week. One doctor to the surgery due to others on anual leave...service is disgusting..receptionists need some skills with dealing with the public!! Rant over!

Had referral to this surgery for minor surgery with doctor Sinha and his nurse, was treated very nicely by them both with great respect. On the other hand the reception staff are by far very rude, disrespectful, ignorant and seem to have time for nobody else except themselves.

Firstly, I would like to say that this place shows that nepotism is rife within the healthcare industry as new jobs are only ever given to relatives of those in charge. They leave the phones ringing whilst they have a nice chat. Also I have noticed on multiple occasions how those working here are racist and frequently belittle women of Asian heritage who are unable to speak fluent English. They do so by being rude towards them rather than offering help, despite the fact that some of these receptionists clearly understand Asian languages. Whilst the computer check-in service is helpful to some, it can be confusing to elderly people or those with little experience with technology, however I have seen receptionists being rude to patients who choose to go to the desk rather than use the computer. The GPs themselves aren't much help either, a certain female GP who I will not name for privacy reasons, typically belittles and patronises patients as much as possible. I urge you to all seek a better GP practice.

Polite, helpful receptionists, understanding & caring doctors. Never had a bad experience in the last 20+ years. Grateful to all for taking care of my medical needs when I most needed them.
