If you have a cold and flu until you get in touch with a doctor, it will gona pass by himself. I've been told to get antibiotics just because the doctor heard me coughing, not listening to my situationnWeeks to get face to face appointment with someone, and when you get it, you dont have time to say what's it's wrong with you because they are in a rush. Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the Lady GP are both amazing, very supportive and i feel they go above and beyond to help you.nnReceptionist are polite and friendly which is also very important.nnCant fault this GP atall, especially coming from an unsupportive GP surgery.
Would rate 0. Receptionist extremely unprofessional on the phone for 20 minutes to what seemed like a friend. I was on time for my appointment and a rat who was late for his got put infront of me pushing my appointment time back so I had to pay for someone else’s tardiness. Unprofessional all around as the smell in the gp room made me want to vomit. Worst doctors ever
I have a heart condition called Marfan syndrome.nnI asked for a MRI scan because I feel like zi was having issues with my heart, I also asked for a blood test linked to my heart as I have tried A and E 3, times they keep refusing.nnI asked the GP here..nInstead of the information being properly triaged.nnI was sent a text message stating I'll be removed as a patient for asking for help?,
Receptionist selma is the most Rude person going!! And Megan is just as bad... both arrogant, obnoxious. Think they know everything, talk over you when your talking and try to rush you off the phone when I've waited 40mins for them to answer. Debbie is the best receptionist and has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I'm surprised the other 2 are still there but clearly sue don't care about her staff!!
