Been with this surgery 7 years i thought it was good but since october last year ive been fobbed off beyond believe Firstly i had ovarian cysts that ruptured Then gall bladder problems i phoned for results to be told theres nothing on our systems and to phone the manor i then phoned again to be told the doctor will look at results(results i was told they dont have) and call me back im still waiting for that call Any way i went to see doctor verma who told me my scan results was perfect only 2 days after the manor hospital requested i go back for a repeat scan as they didnt get what they was looking for There useless pass you off fob you off reception staff are rude snotty and sit there chatting away rarther than answer the phone I can not wait to leave this surgery and go elsewhere

Went in twice begging the GP to send me for scans of my brain... GP informed me I had ‘mental health problems’ and turned me away without a mental health referral. Went to specsavers who sent me to Birmingham eye hospital straight away... turns out I have a rare neurological condition. Always listen to your own body... wouldn’t ever go back I was treated appallingly.

My experience is in-line with the other reviews here: communication is a huge issue at Saddlers. The test results I'm waiting on haven't even been looked at despite being told I'd be given them within a week. I've been calling for weeks now and constantly get told they haven't been added to the system. Despite multiple promises to be called back or for the case to be followed up, nothing has happened. Extremely disappointed and strongly considering leaving.

Awful doctors. The receptionists are clearly waiting everyday for the clock to hit 5pm so they can go home. The doctors don't speak good English nor do they seem to care for their patients. I'd rather go to the walk in centre than try to book an appointment at Sadlers Health Care.

Always been happy with the surgery been there 40 years Only problem no email address for repeat scription only a fax machine what is a fax machine
