Great non greasey and tasty chips. Lovely little bar if eating in, plan to try the grilled fish next time! Prompt polite service 1st rate!

Put a savaloy that my boyfriend ordered on MY order of chips which i ordered with vegan nuggets, claim to have options that are vegan friendly but apparently they're fine with cross contamination. Have had to throw most in the bin that were touching it.  The chips are so undercooked we've had to put them in the oven for 10 minutes when we got home  Tried to call several times but no answer. Really disappointed. Rating could have been salvaged had they answered the phone.

Highly recommend this fish and chip shop. Out standing food  very tasty especially the sausages   Kid-friendliness: Very lovely staff alway smiling and very chatty and helpful

Food and service are great. Prices fair. Trawlerman makes the best burgers in the whole East Anglia.

Really good quality food every time i visit. Update 1 year later. I think quality has gone down. I may have been unlucky a few times but the chips i have had are not close to where they were. Maybe this is the oil they have to use or some other reason but i am now going everywhere.

We have used Trawlerman a lot this last month and they have always been great but I hadn't done a review until now. last night we ordered and 2 trays of chips where missing from our order. We called and the problem was dealt with and 2 trays of chips arrived at our house within a matter of minutes..... unbelievable service. The reason we use them so offen is for the AMAZING burgers but the service we received last night was 1st class.

Top quality food and service. Have used both home delivery & collection both great service. Food is presented well and is freshly cooked.
