Stayed here overnight last weekend... The food was amazing, the staff so friendly and efficient (they took very special care of 94 year old Ruby!) and we really enjoyed the rooms - clean, comfortable and quiet! Only a couple of niggles (constructive criticism, not nags!) : The rooms have lovely big cups for tea / coffee but there are no tooth mugs / glasses for water etc... Didn't like having the kettle on the floor , couldn't find anywhere else to plug it in.. On the upside, lovely toiletries and smashing linen! We will be back! Thanks again folks! Lovely pub with classical interior. Small selection of well crafted ales and very welcoming service.
