Ate here for Sunday lunch, booking advised as pub was very busy. Great food, table had a mix of roasts and also main menu meals, all of which were excellent. Good friendly and polite staff. At no point did we feel under pressure to vacate the table. Would happily return here for another meal. Only issue we had was no baby change facility.

Food and atmosphere really nice. Staff always helpful and friendly. Menu needs updating more regularly. Visited 3 times in the last 3 months and the menu is very limited. Bored of it already. 3 of us today wanted the same main courses but there wasn't any left!

Decent but nothing to write home about. Though we made a reservation they were late in showing us to our table and the waitress was very much absent for most of our meal. With a good selection of decent pubs in Thame you’re likely to find a better experience elsewhere.

Friendly staff, nice selection of beers and cider, as light as the environment can be without detracting from the feeling of aged gravitas
