Had a lovely hearty meal at The Coffee Shop. Well priced. Was really busy when we went and I think the heating was broken, but great service all round even when struggling with staff shortage. Will be back again for sure.
Hidden gem of a courtyard at the Coffee Shop today. Friendly welcome , tasty bacon brie and cranberry panini, excellent coffee, so much better than your average High Street offerings and the courtyard is cozy, a real bonus to be able to sit outside in such a peaceful setting.
Highly recommend eating here. Varied menu, well priced, and there was even a roaring log fire today, on an unseasonably cold & rainy day!! We had bacon, Brie & cranberry panini, and easily the best tomato & basil soup I have tried. The staff are very friendly & service was very efficient.
I visited my mother in Thame and every day for the week I was there she took me to a different establishment for lunch. This was the last one we went to and it was by far the best. Easily the best value for money, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the chocolate and orange cake was to for.
Could be a lovely little place. Except the quality of food/drinks are quite poor. Cappuccino was more like a warm cup of milk. The child’s pizza and chips was terrible. Pizza had been microwaved to the point the whole pizza was spread over the plate. My child couldn’t eat the meal. Pizza was chewy and inedible and the chips were dry. The should rename the business!!!
Been coming here for years, like a home from home. Cheery, cosy and calming. Food is rustic, simple and delicious. No fuss, just good hearty coffee shop grub.
A very nice lunch of Steak and Ale pie, mash and vegetables and lemon meringue to follow all served promptly. Two pots of Earl Grey helps make the whole lunch experience very enjoyable.
Super menu and very friendly service, this was a delight of home made cooking! The Chips were the best that I've had in ages. Thoroughly recommended!!!
Stopped here for a quick lunch on a horribly wet day. Welcoming staff and lovely open log fire. Service was quick and food good value. Just what we needed
Been a Thame coffe and tea shop for years, often has a nice fire going in winter to warm your bones as you top up your cuppa with a cake or a snack, while one of several good shops on the high street, five stars for the welcome, the uniqueness and not being part of a chain..Food: 5/5
