I came here for a chocolate making experience with a group of friends as a surprise they had organised for me. It was absolutely fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful despite being very busy. We were shown some great techniques and we all had a fantastic time. The chocolate was brilliant quality and absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Bit disappointed. Coffee very good, nice getting a chocolate sample with the coffee. But it took a while to get a table and then another long wait before they took your order. Other people who sat down after us got served before us by other waitresses. I had to call over the waitress who was unapologetic and said they were busy. Guys, get a system. Serve people in order. Give people a menu whilst waiting. Ask people if they're ready to order when they sit down. We only wanted a coffee and it was over 20 minutes from entering to drinking. I'm not sure the table service model is the best for a busy coffee shop.
Had a pistachio macaroon, hot chocolate tea and icecream. Definitely recommend the banoffee
Amazing desserts and wonderful staff. Can't wait to go back for another piece of their velvety smooth cheesecake, or the perfect sponge that is their walnut coffee cake!
I love the cakes and the beverages in this establishment, what I don’t like is the length of time it takes to serve takeaway customers and the manner in which they do it! The staff could definitely be more polite and happier! Smiles would improve paying nearly £5 for a slice of cake! The tall blond girl in there is particularly unpleasant! She’s been there years so maybe she’s generally ok and just taken an exception to me after pointing out that she served someone before me who arrive after! Either way, it’s delicious but overpriced and the service could be improved without trying too hard!
Absolutely delicious and highly recommended a visit. Good service, all very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back again one day hopefully soon.
Freshly made chocolate, velvety and rich. A variety of different desserts and pastries made fresh every day. Perfect for a Saturday treat after shopping.
Rode a long way to get here but the cake was definitely worth it, sticky toffee tart with ice cream. Good coffee and friendly service, if limited space to sit outside
A true treasure of a place in Thame. Great, Welcoming service and a vast range of food and drink to choose from to cater to all. I had the Ice cream sundae which was the best I've had in years. Will definitely return once back in the local area!.
The most delicious coffee and chocolates and I had scrambled eggs with salmon which was perfectly cooked. Service great and great procedures in place for a Covid.
