This is a really difficult business to review. One day I could give a glowing, five stars for a near perfect sandwich, served with the smile of someone who genuinely loves their job. The next day could be a dismal one star, for a shoddy sandwich I've had to rebuild and even add some filling to, plus a side order of sour-faced shrew that I don't recall asking for. Would it be rude of me to request the service of particular members of staff and not others?.. Damn, it would wouldn't it.
