This place is worth giving a shot. They have large portions for affordable rates. Consistently clean and with excellent ambience. Would recommend to others.

Went here for their promo for the burgers. The bun is super soft and spongy, really lovely texture. Massive portion. Nice ambience and so peaceful. Exceptional service. The staff always check on us. Overall it's very lively and lively place.

Been to Chester before but never across the river. So glad we  did. Great pub, Great meal, good portion size, excellent pudding. Great service the staff were excellent. Would certainly recommend and will definitely visit again

Friendly atmosphere, great local cask beers, excellent food. I love stopping of here for a quick pint or two at the end of my dog walk. Big log fire blazing in the winter too.

Only called in for morning coffee at 11am. Very quiet.  Hand sanitizer available on entry, staff all wearing masks, table service. Very nice Cappuccino .Dog friendly. Will visit again to try menu.

Another worthwhile stop on the pub tour of Chester. Having previously worked here a decade ago, I was pleased to return and enjoy some good food and tasty ale. Worth a wander over the bridge!

Excellent food.  Staff were very attentive and venue was very Covid secure with lots of space between tables. Definitely worth crossing the bridge to visit!
