Staff were friendly, and not invasive. To call it "pub grub" does the food a great disservice. We did have to wait a little but longer than expected for the food (however we were a group of 10) but this was made up for with the quality. food was hot and made to order (I can highly recommend the seven star burger, and from what I was told the fish and chips was excellent as well) overall great experience, and will definitely be visiting again!

We came here to celebrate a birthday. The staff were very accommodating with our requirements, and were even able to sort out a birthday cake.  The food was also very nice.

I had lunch at the Seven stars with a group of 22 people. Pre-order is inevitable for that many people. Everyone got their food on time and hot food was indeed served hot. Proof of the skills in the kitchen and good management in my view. Advance booking advised for best service.

What a great community pub! Really interesting menu, great beers and dog friendly. Brilliant service from bar and waiting staff, look forward to returning very soon.
