Had a recent stay here, I chose the single room with a separate bathroom. I loved the room and the bathroom, very comfy bed and an area with a desk so I could do some work. Great location, a short walk from the shopping centre with so many places to chose from for food too. Breakfast was good too, impressed there was a choice of bread too, with my scrambled egg on toast :) Free box of chocolates on arrival as I booked direct with them, nice touch. Would stay again and recommend this place!

Efficient B&B for city centre. Pre-book a parking spot to guarantee frustration free parking. Breakfast very good.

Lovely overnight stay in comfortable room, tastefully decorated. First class hostess tray in room, welcoming hosts and substantial breakfast with plenty of choice.

What a brilliant and wonderful place. Clean, wonderfully decorated, friendly, joyful, dare I say it, fandabbydosey. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Ok, so last orders for breakfast was 8.50am, still got a lie in and had a wonderful Breakfast. I judge the breakfast by the sausage and wow, nice sausage. Also liked the fact you can get a big or small cooked breakfast. Had the big one day, was too much, so had the smaller one the day after, PERFECT. Add to this the fresh fruit salad with tasty, but not tart, yoghurt and a choice of 6 cereals, fandabbydosey. Well done chaps, you have a fantastic establishment. Keep up the good work. P.s. loved the info you gave about restaurants, places to visit, pubs, etc. I know you.thought you were talking too much, but not knowing Exeter, you gave us so much knowledge that it made our stay absolutely, yes, here is comes again, fandabbydosey.
