Just been there few days ago to exchange my coat and the sales person was so helpful and great. I felt so valued as a customer and motivated to go back there. It is not a v big store but has lots of things. The best customer service I have ever experienced in UK. Thank you so much!!!

Stock is small and it seems always pricey compared to shops selling the same products - however they do price match. Staff always helpful.
