By far the best customer experience I have experienced. The gentleman Huw was so patient and informative. I needed a jacket & fleece for a 26 mile walk I was doing that weekend. He was so patient and gave me the best advice. I would not have got through the night had it not have been for his recommendation and expertise. Thank you for all your hard work. You will be pleased to know I successfully completed the 26.2 miles at night!! Thank you once again.

This is probably one of the best hiking/camping shops for clothing and footwear, they sell all the top brands and have a great selection of summer and winter gear. The staff are very knowledgeable and can help with backpack fitting and boot/shoe fitting. The only downside is there's not much in the way of actual camping equipment. There are a minimal amount of backpacks, sleeping bags etc, in store but there online range is much bigger.
Went to buy climbing shoes and a harness lots of choice but on this occasion not the right size but helpful staff contacted St Albans branch who reserved harness for us. Great service.
