Huge disappointment and utter waste of time! I've been absolutely screwed over for my mountaineering expedition Rang up to place an urgent order (expedition gloves) and was told to use their online system whilst being assured that if I placed an order then (9am) it would be sent out that day (even opted for faster shipping). I could not have been clearer that the order was extremely urgent. The following EVENING get an email stating they did not have the item in stock (despite their online system stating the contrary). No effort to call me was made whatsoever. Extremely dissatisfied!

Website not working properly and they won't take orders over the phone. Go elsewhere, I think...!
