Very welcoming and helpful staff who knew what they were talking about. Unluckily there is not that big variety of items, but we managed to find all that we needed.

The staff here could not be more helpful. It's not often you find that. They sold me exactly what I needed and were not pushy in overselling me stuff like I found in other high street outdoor shops. Love my down jacket, it's keeping me so warm in this cold weather and it was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

All the gear I have bought there, over £1K, has been of really good quality. I feel safe when I go camping 'cos of it. There are other shops that also sell goodd quality stuff but at least 30% more expensive, hence I stick to Kathmandu
