Great range of outdoor clothing and they had a good sale a few weeks ago. They have some items that are not available online.

Staff were friendly and not too pushy. Personally, I don't like it when staff in shops follow you around asking if you need help so it was nice that they said hello and remained in sight so I knew they were there if I needed anything.
Children's range was a bit limited but nonetheless I was able to get something.

What a great team they have, a young man who I believe was the supervisor greeted me in and went through all the product with me. He then got called away but passed me onto another team member who again was helpful. It was a Sunday and the team were all delightful, they asked me how I was and how my day was going to make it really special. Great work North Face highly recommended

Went in on a Thursday to find a new coat and we weren't greeted by any member of staff despite being the only ones in store. We were interested in a few coats but none of them had price tags, and the staff showed no sign of wanting to help us so we just walked out. Lost yourself a couple of customers there North Face, what a shame.

EXTREMELY rude member of staff. I have visited the kingston store many times before and never had a problem, all the staff have always been nice and friendly, but in the past few months there has been a new member of staff, who I have seen before but never spoke to him. About 3 or 4 weeks ago he approaches me and seemed quite friendly, but when i asked for a size that wasn't on the shop floor, he changed attitude and got someone else to serve me, who, unlkie him, was happy to help me. Then, a second visit to the store, it was about 6:05 on a saturday and the shop had shut, I was having a quick look around and was about to leave, when the same member of staff comes up to me and says: "We're closed now, so you have to leave". I don't know who hired this person (who I believe is some sort of manager as he was telling the other staff members what to do), but I will not be going back to that store until he is gone. EXTREMELY RUDE. I will take this up to their officies.

Kiddy staff on weekend were completely disinterested in helping out on a size. Head over to ultimate outdoors for better staff and pricing.
