Always get knowledgeable and fantastic service here. Seems like all staff know what they are talking about, and most are keen hikers themselves which is important. Today I was served by a lady who I think was called Sarai, she was brilliant and very patient in helping me find some new walking boots. Would recommend above similar outdoor shops in Stratford.

Dean provided the best customer service anyone could ever ask for! He was extremely knowledgable on mountaineering, and spent 2 hours with me answering all 5000 of my questions, even though it cut into his lunch break. I did not plan to buy everything here but once I spoke to Dean, I quickly realised I would not get a better service or more information elsewhere, and quickly made all of my purchases for my winter walk up Ben Nevis. He even cut and fitted new insoles for me. I was so happy with the service provided that I brought my friend here a week later, who was equally as happy to purchase her equipment from Dean. I would return here in a heartbeat if I need any further outdoor equipment.
