Friendly service, not the best selection of jackets and not a huge reduction on regular prices but definitely worth visiting of you are a fan of the brand

Had a negative experience at the Brent Cross Branch - with Maddy.  She was on a personal call so i waited for her to finish, i politely ask for a few sizes & to check if a few items were in stock. I got a deep sigh & eyeroll.... she grabbed the items & walked off to check. When she came back she asked "are you going to buy??" I asked if Large was ok for a 40" chest she replied "hold out the jumper & you will see.... " . She was very short & huffy - i think i disturbed her personal phonecall.  Then i decided to buy a few items & when i asked for the 10p bag instead she wasnt too happy.  I asked if she was ok & she gave me a moody answer back infront of her colleague. As i thanked her colleague for his good service he provided earlier & exited the shop she made a snide comment. Such a disappointment as it was my first visit here.

If I could give a zero I would !!! as they are useless in this store.
They have no idea how to treat customers/no people skills.
The manager is an absolute @@@@! When you’re buying something, they treat you like a king.
But however, if you need after care (Beware) they don't care after the money has been spent!!!!  Totally disappointed with the brand and the people it chooses to employ :-( ((((((( 
Basically, they are all zombies that speak like they are reading a script....

2/8/2017.      Bought a bag at full price, went to exchange but manager refused coz bag is half price now despite us having the original receipt. She wanted us to exchange to an item which is only half the price. This is unacceptable. manger was very rude. No idea about customer service , I felt this happened because we were wearing full Islamic clothing hence she assumed that we do not speak English and we are unaware of our rights as customers. Am not happy to even give one star.
