Good service, very happy.

Visited the store with a warranty issue regarding ski gloves, sales staff where very helpful and got the manager who promptly took all my details and returned the items for inspection to north face .The only problem was that I was going skiing in 10 days and the inspection could take up to 2 weeks to  get an answer. 
On returning to store the manager agreed that the items where faulty and due to the short time frame before i leave for skiing,  5 days now,  to resolve the issue quickly he agreed to exchange the items and I could  pay the difference for a new pair of gortex gloves. 
This saved me having to buy a new pair of gloves and then get refunded when the original gloves returned from North face.  

Overall very happy with the service and the  new gloves are great. Can't beat North Face .

Good selection of clothing and accessories but it’s hidden away at the back of the Timberland shop. Blink and you’d miss it. Very helpful staff.

Went  with a pair of timberlands which had got loose stitching. Exchanged with no quibbles. Very good and friendly service. Good range of Timberland and Northface clothing / shoes.
