First time there for a year. Excellent meal and great value. We have added it to our regular list. The 2 young ladies serving were first class. They were very busy but nothing was a problem. Will be back soon.

Food is superb, reasonably priced and staff always friendly.
Always busy and a lovely welcome here. There is always a good choice on the menu, and plenty on the plate. Sunday lunch was delicious
I have had to reevaluate my recent review unfortunately following poor service. I had given 5 stars on my last recent visit and intended on returning tomorrow, thought it wise to book ahead this time. No online booking system, Facebook page says to phone to book. Phoned at 7pm, told was really busy and to phone back in 10 minutes. Called back and was told to phone at 9pm. Tried 3 times after 9 and phone was hung up on swiftly on each. Won't be bothering again, I'm busy myself. I'd advise to invest in an online system or not mess customers about.
Brilliant pub with great quality and value food. My Dad is a regular here eating at least once a week and it's easy to see why. Great food, lovely staff and great value. Looking forward to our next visit!
