Brilliant staff, good beer, can't comment on the food as I very rarely eat there but by all accounts, its excellent. Staff are amazing/friendly & there's a good atmosphere. Occasionally - they have live entertainment, some not really to my taste but still enjoyable. For dog owners - dogs are welcome in certain parts provided there isn't a large gathering booked, so check first if you want to take your pooch for a pint.....
Decent pint of Guinness at an OK price, sat outside hence 3 rating as can't say I looked about anywhere, nor had food or any other drinks. Seats were OK outdoors but due to location, quite a bit traffic about but it was a nice sunny day so didn't matter, although for some it might. Would happily get off the bus a couple of stops early to have a drink in here though.
Absolutely shocking, placed an order on ubereats. Avocado and chicken Salad for nearly a tenner, totally shocking what I received. Some vegetables chucked in a box and a tiny amount of chicken that was cold, had paid extra for halloumi and got 2 pieces. Also ordered apple pie and got a treacle which was disgusting and rock solid and burnt in the middle.
Great food and very Friendly staff.
Big space, well decorated Food was very good and well priced Wine was only 13 a bottle
Passing visit only tonight, will revisit another day. The menu looked good with set meals and priced well. Clean bar, staff polite and door staff. Lots of seat inside and outside.
Had a coffee, friendly staff with a lovely coffee. Lively touch had some smarties placed on my saucer which wad lovely and my coffee with good service was not expensive at all x
Nice enough pub, just waited for ages for food on both occasions.....they forgot about my order the second time. ..it was nachos. Easiest dish on the planet to make.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food
