Thanks to everyone involved with the Hippo for a brilliant winter programme. All the latest film releases at prices which make it possible to go to the cinema every week rather than as an occasional treat. Go along and support your local cinema.

I love going to the hippodrome, it's one of my favourite cinemas. I was disappointed that there were not very many people there. If we don't use these places they'll get shut down and I'd be a shame for us to lose the hippodrome

Wonderful Silent film festival.  Pity the patrons have to stand outside between performances in the cold. A shame as well the cafe/bar closes as people would  spend money while they are waiting for the next film.
