Very beautiful place, big cinema, there is a Starbucks coffe, and other shops near.
A pretty decent cinema! The highlight of this venue is the staff- they’re always super friendly and welcoming. The cinema is relatively clean however it could really do with some updating. I’ve had a few issues with seats being a little wonky and toilets being a bit unclean but nothing major. Bonus that this cinema has a baskin robins counter!
Amazing Experience, got treated so well, I went with my friend and when he realised that he didn't have enough money for a ticket, Brian, the security guard working there paid for him and gave us free popcorn and drinks, he even agreed to be in our photo with a batman mask, since we were watching batman returns this is by far the best cinema I've ever been to
An entire row of ceiling lights is left on during the movie. Manager claimed it is company policy and that they are emergency lights. Wakanda was unwatchable as the screen was very well lit from a light left on directly above the screen. Staff member said they have had plenty of complaints about this issue and that Vue was much better.
At night, Monday, 2022, November 21, I visited Cineworld, Falkirk to see Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The atmosphere was serene and warm. I was relaxed throughout the viewing and I shall revisit, when The Woman King is screened. Of course, there was the individual who migrated to a seat behind mine to be a nuisance with his/her snacks. I expect Cineworld to stop indoor migrants. At the lounge, there were old men and old women who assigned themselves the duty of gossipmongers, eager to receive a piece of my mind. No, I did not use the toilet. Good Heavens, no! It is the responsibility of visitors to flush the toilet and clean up after themselves or their mother should do it for them, as they are overgrown imbeciles.
It's great having a larger cinema locally, which is the main reason we go a lot and have unlimited cards but overall it's one of the worst cinemas I've ever been in. Regularly dirty, toilets are traumatic, and the screens are always freezing.
Compared to the vue in stirling and Livingston only charging 4.99 or 5.99 and having more comfy seats i dont know how cineworld can justify there prices. For me to take 2 adults and 3 kids to the vue its £25. And at cineworld its £44. Thts almost an extra £20. The thing is if they sorted there prixes add go to cineworld coz am frm falkirk but am still more cheaper driving to livi or stirling to the vue
Love cineworld falkirk, the staff are so friendly, polite & helpful , nothing is too much bother, it's a great cinema if you have any physical restrictions as everything is on one level
This is usually a fine cinema to come to: The staff are nice; the screens are fine; the seats can be a little uncomfortable overcome by taking an aisle seat but parking and facilities are great and the unlimited card makes fantastic value. Snacks are pricey, but they have no issue with you bringing your own as long as it isn't hot or alcoholic which is perfectly reasonable. Personally, I will be gutted if the company goes under and Falkirk loses this great facility.
Very run down which is a shame, the entrance hall is barren and empty, the unused counters a reminder of when it used to be busier. Screen tonight had several large dirty marks which was annoying. The cinema itself doesn’t need too much but if it had comfier chairs, better screens and better prices then it could actually compete with others in the area. It’s even tempting to just drive to Stirling for cheaper tickets and a better seat to enjoy the movie in. Used to be great back in the day but hasn’t seen much investment by the look of it. Seems to survive purely off people wanting to see popular movies without going far and that’s it.
