Nice staff. Our viewing was cancelled due to projector issues but they gave us a refund and moved our viewing which was excellent. The place could do with a freshen up as it’s a little rundown. There was not much legroom but comfortable enough seats.
Cool underground themed Odeon cinema but could be modernised with better seats with head rests etc front leg room also very minimal.
It's a perfectly acceptable place to go watch movies you're excited about.
Its a nice and quiet cinema, staff are very friendly and welcoming, thumbs up!

Closed when we arrived to had to book elsewhere. No information to tell you when it opens or opening times which is very poor. Went back later in the day to speak with the manager and he explained the opening hours/times which should be on the website or on the door as they lost our custom. They did refund tickets with no issue and the staff were helpful. The online Odeon help it's pointless.
Could tell by his eyes and his patronising tone Odeon guy obviously did not want to serve me. Refused flat out to make my drink way I asked for it. Ended up paying more for what I didn't want. He is most likey a closet racist. Very disappointed with Odeon here.
Probably my least favourite experience at a cinema and very surprised it's still going tbh. I see they've now shut it down during the week, cinema is so small it's bang in the middle of the city centre so no parking, it must be a bit of an uphill battle for the cinema it's hard enough trying to attract people into the cinema as it is but the odeon at Wester hailes is miles better and them you've got cineworld and the Vue that aren't far as well.
