The cinema is small and cozy with plenty of choice for movies and snacks. The customer service is very lack lustre. I called them 12 hours in advance of my booking to try and reschedule/transfer my booking but after calling 3 times on 3 separate occasions I got no answer so I was unable to get a transfer or refund and spent £17 for nothing. Will not book again as there is no sense of security in your customer service at all.
possibly the worst experience ever! staff unfriendly during whole visit with 2 individuals being incredibly rude towards me. prices may seem good but for the service you receive I would never be paying that! personally i wont be back.
It was brilliant! I went to see minions rise of gru about a week ago and it's the loveliest little cinema ever! Although small, it's got a very comfortable seating area, with some leather couches included. The sound and video quality is amazing and I'd recommend it! I'd go back if I had the chance
A peaceful and great place to pop in and watch a movie, as reviews for the Kino in glenrothes have said, the chairs are proper couches making the viewings of movies that tad bit better and allowing you to binge in comfort. Now that I have discussed the interior I would like to discuss the outside, the cinema is located in the centre, well, outside or next to the centre shopping centre. It would be a great looking area, if the weather is good and the area had lusher green and beautiful plants or and flowers and the litter was cleared, the town centre is over a dull looking building, but I will discuss that further when I get to reviewing that. That's the end of that review, thanks for reading, hope it helped!
Went as a family of 4 & managed to get 2 couches side by side which was good..Around 25 for the 4 of us..We've been paying 40 at the Odeon, but this was for 2 films 8 tkts so has worked out more expensive going to the Kino....Reasonably comfy seating - but to unexpectedly have the English/British National anthem absolutely belted out at us VERY loudly whilst in complete darkness before the film is a NO & came as quite a surprise. There were quite a few people around us also not happy at all this, a lady told us it had been happening for months so being going on long before the Queen had died, like us she agreed that It's a cinema - not a football ground or a political rally. Like many others we're now hearing from, we have been put off by this and will not return until we've heard that nonsense has stopped. If t had been around the Queens death we could've understood this but it wasn't !There's a time & place and a cinema is not it. Have been heading to Dunfermline since which is a shame as we'd much rather support local.
Yes the prices are affordable but staff is very rude and not welcoming. Also as the toilets are very unclean and have a horrendous smell personally i will not be coming back.
Recently went to see where the crawdads sing with my daughter a leather sofa each Morgan s n lemonade for her Pepsi for me as driving great experience staff lovely other daughter and granddaughter were in next room watching Dru
Kids love it here. Staff are helpful and friendly and comfy seating
Great cinema with good comfy seats. Great service nd good selection of sweets at reasonable price.
Really cozy and comfy, prices are good and since not a lot of people know about it that makes it better
