Fantastic night out, felt very spoilt by all the staff. Really comfortable seats , wonderful sound. It's a little more expensive than your chain cinemas but is worth every penny for the service provided. It was a really lovely experience and a great night.
My experience here tonight was nothing short of amazing. I travelled in from London for the weekend today and this was the first thing I did after checking into my hotel. The price for a Platinum screen is great, the food and drinks prices are very good and the best part is the staff. They are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you feel comfortable and have a great time. Every staff member I talked to was very kind and not only made sure I had everything I needed but went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I would love to give a shout out to Ally who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and have a great time. Especially as a solo traveller for this trip, and this being the first thing I did, I was feeling a bit lonely but Ally must have noticed this, talked to me a lot and made sure I was good to go for the movie. Even afterwards, as I left, I did not see him, but he went fully out of his way to see how I was and was extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming again. 5/5 experience!!!
Stunning decor, fabulous staff, comfortable seats, great sound and visuals, we also took advantage of the table service available and felt completely spoilt - can't wait to return. Keep up the great service you provide, well done all involved in the running and upkeep of this fabulous building.
It is expensive but very nice, also noticed that the drinks and food were cheaper than a lot of other similar cinemas so that does even things out a little. Table service was really great, made sure everyone had everything before the film started and the seats are super comfortable
