Used to feel clean and fresh. These days, we've went to our seats and popcorn boxes were still there from the previous show. Some seats are new, most are old, some have the plastic hanging off the back. One of the screens has a blur in the middle of the screen, it can put you off. Feels like it's seen better days.
Not the best cinema. Staff were polite but very slow serving and sorting food and snacks. Reasonably clean and tidy, however we were there for them opening, not sure if the cleanliness would have been kept up as the day went on. I would go again if I was in the area, but I wouldn’t go out my way to go to this cinema.
We'd bought our tickets online; getting in was seamless. There's a wide selection of snacks. We used Hall 7; it was spick and span. The restroom facilities was also neat.
Great for family movie time. 5£ a ticket is a bargain, unfortunately ice creams , popcorn and drinks , especially beer ....are horribly overpriced, so it's up to you do you want to lost a fortune on snacks or just get tickets and enjoy movies.
11am showing of 3D Avatar 2 in a not very busy cinema screening with a very comfy seat plus a triple scoop ice cream tub. What more can you ask for on a boring Thursday! Film is fabulous - Pandora with a beach!
Very comfy vip seats, however we and everyone else were freezing as there was a draft or air-conditioning on and cold air. We had to put our jackets back on
Good clean cinema. Easy to buy tickets online. Tickets can be really cheap for kids movies. If you want popcorn and drinks you better remortgage your home though. £18.50 for 3 soft drinks and a popcorn..... Would have been 5 stars if the drinks and popcorn had been in the realms of reason. No idea why these places do this. If it's affordable you'll sell more.
Fantastic staff, really helpful young man checking tickets and helped me when I'd bought for the wrong location online. Didn't catch his name. Seats are a bit tired in the screens but still really comfy and clean. Just wish I didn't have to pay for parking for this Vue!
I come here every couple of weeks with my family, seats are well comfy and food is delicious
A good place to visit for all the family and in all weather's. Convenient car parking, and an excellent choice of shops and eateries nearby. I especially recommend the ice-cream, a great accompaniment to your favourite film!
