Try to visit here when in Cockermouth. The food is superb and the ambience is great. Was there at Easter and they had egg dumping which was good fun and everyone in the restaurant joined I'm so just like someone's "front room"   Alan and his wife are so good and you always get a warm welcome.

We absolutely love this place!! A warm welcome, cozy, amazing food, Alan and Joanne are the hosts with the mosts! We always arrive early, so grabbed a few pics while empty, A small piece of Cumbria awaits you here, the tartiflette is quite simply to die for!! 10 out of 10. It's very rare to find a place like this. 👍😁❤️🍜🥗🥘🍷🍻
