Best place for take away pizzas when you are at Cockermouth. Friendly staff and great Pizza.

DONT BOTHER! Whilst visiting the Lakes, we decided to order in one night. After trying other places who said from the outset they don’t deliver to where we were staying, we found this place that said they would so we placed an order. Order was processed and money was taken. We then got a phonecall to say they hadn’t checked our postcode when accepting our order so wouldn’t be delivering. We asked how we go about getting a refund and were told to call Just eat. Half an hour after being on hold to Just Eat, we called the ‘restaurant’ to ask if they could cancel it in their end. After all it had been an error on their part which they’d initially admitted to and there was an option when calling Just Eat to speak to customer services as either restaurant owner or customer. Whoever was on the phone became very rude and aggressive saying we should have checked the distance before ordering and it wasn’t his problem, and that he was too busy and again it wasn’t their problem “I couldn’t read” despite them calling us to admit to making a mistake. He continued to shout down the phone and be extremely aggressive and hung up whilst I was trying to find a quick solution to getting a refund. Admitting an error is one thing but proceeding to shout at a potential customer is another. Utterly disgusting behaviour. Have reported to Just Eat too. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent Pizza and friendly service. a little cheaper than competitors in town also.
