I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. The Hotel manager, is extremely rude and argumentative. Very unhelpful. I stayed in a family room with my son. The room was very unclean with an infestation of flies, spiders and cobwebs above the bed. After a long day exploring the area, we were very tired and noticed the disgusting infestation above the bed photos & video attached. I went to reception as no one answered my telephone call. I explained to the member of staff that I would like the room cleaned and that we could not sleep and I had a minor with me. I waited for over 15 minutes with no one coming to the room or contacting me. I went back downstairs to be met by an extremely angry, rude with threatening behaviour hotel manager??! Disgraceful. I have never experienced anything like it. I was told all while she was drinking rose wine that she WILL NOT CLEAN THE ROOM. I Would never stay here again. My son & I were extremely upset. I will be taking this matter further. They also no longer include breakfadt, they don't offer breakfast at all, which I was only informed about upon arrival. Awful experience!!

Freezing room overnight with thin duvets. Had to get dressed and back into bed to stay warm and I usually run hot!!!nRock hard, sagged mattress. Worst night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Will not be staying again.

Great value for money.  Had a nice top floor room with corner bath. Clean, warm, plenty of hot water.  Friendly staff

Upon arrival, I was met by a woman named Tracey and from the start, she was giving a passive-aggressive attitude and seemed rather intentionally rude. We went into room 208 which seemed nice and tidy with comfy beds although of the safety hazard of a low placed arch in the start of the room. Food was overpriced and had hardly any food in the bar. We then noticed 2 spiders and a bug infestation in the top corner of our room. We asked her to come and remove it and found her drinking and smoking outside at work. She said she would be up in 5 minutes and after 20 minutes of waiting, we went to see if she was coming and found her still outside. She come up and had an extremely rude attitude and also claimed we had placed a hand towel in the bin. Later that morning at 4AM, we were awoken by a message that she had sent at 4AM threatening police action toward us even though we had done nothing wrong. This morning we have tried to check out to realise she had not even arrived at work and now we are stuck here for a few more hours, terrible stay and will never come here again

Room was ok until we spotted multiple spider webs full of dead flies and other things right above the beds, the staff were friendly but got a lot of orders wrong and hardly had anything on the menu and overpriced
