We ordered, arguably, quite a large order from here, three meals. They forgot a section of food from the order. We called up, told them, and they hung up after hearing our complaint. We are local and will not be returning. Absolutely horrible, hung up the phone after a complaint. If they make a mistake and can't face their issues they do not deserve a space on our high street! Do not order from here. Lived here for over 20 years and ordered from here for as long as we can remember. Shocking.
So I'm away staying in Cumbria for a 'relaxing' few days before my first baby arrives and we order from pedros we are staying in a relatives flat so we go in to avoid any confusion of addresses having the driver not be able to find us or whatever. Well my advice is CHECK YOUR ORDER if you collect! Half the order was missing and we had to ask them to send it round. The delivery driver knocked at the address and an old woman answered. I knew there'd be an issue with being in a flat! But instead of ringing me while the driver was still outside the shop rings me to tell me the driver has been with no such luck. If they'd have rang me while he was like right near us I could have gone out and got the rest of my dinner but no! So I had to walk back round to the shop like 2 hrs after our first visit. It has taken up our entire evening trying to sort this out and they refused a full refund. The food is good but please check your orders to avoid disappointment. Oh and to make things worse they only take cash so ensure you've been to a cash point before you go! The 1st two machines we went to were broken.... not pedros fault.. but what kind of establishment only takes cash on an order over £20. Very disappointing - we won't be visiting again! Life is too short to waste an evening trying to sort out someone's mistake. I have worked in the food industry for absolute years- its not difficult to put an order in a bag!
Ordered delivery to our holiday pod, they changed us an extra £20 and gave us the wrong order, he said it was the old prices and gave us the newest menu, we had the price right. What we got didn’t taste great
Ordered 2 portions of Doner Meat both with chilli sauce no sauce unusual as the service is usually fantastic!
Tasty food, hygienically & efficiently prepared. Friendly service & good prices. The best kebabs in town!

One of nicest pizzas we've had in a long time! Absolutely delicious!
