Had The best evening. The food was amazing and the staff were so accommodating. An extra thank you to Rachael and Tilly for being exceptional hosts and waitresses. Will definitely be coming again next time in Norfolk
We stopped here for a quick lunch before an appointment. We had struggled to find somewhere that was dog friendly to eat. The staff were very friendly and we were able to order, eat, and pay in time. The food was delicious, hot, and tasty. There was quite a varied menu with plenty to choose from, including vegetarian options. I'd happily go back again, hopefully when we are not in so much of a rush!
Nice little place, good seats inside and outside, if you’re ordering a roast, they do put a massive amount of gravy on the food, just a heads up. Nice people and dog friendly as well. Reasonable prices.
Fabulous food! Great service and friendly helpful staff. Car parking can be a little tricky outfront but found the rear car park, no problem. Good size portions and apple crumble desert was yummy! Gluten free and veggie options also. Only downer was no milk alternative oat/soya/almond
In the area for a couple of days. Ate there on the tuesday, 4 of us were the only ones in the large pub apart from a couple in another bar. Food was fine so we said we would be back the following day. We arrived to a busy full pub. Very strange, like two completely different pubs.
Lovely atmosphere, good food, big portions! The food is really lovely, with some unique dishes as well as the go-to comfort dishes of any good pub. The owner is very friendly and happy to help. All around a lovely place.
Nice place to eat and drink, with lovely friendly staff. Good variety off food available. Would happily go again
First visit to the fox we both had burger. We will return as liked the look of other items on menu. However will not have the burger again as found it rather greasy
First visit to this lovely old pub was staying in the old ale House next door for the weekend so was rude not to pop in for a lovely meal and drinks and a very friendly landlord and staff. Lamb shank was amazing! Will be back
I have been several times and travel far to get there. This time I was very disappointed. I ordered humous, and it was very watery. The burger was overcooked with a very oversized roll in comparison to the burger. I don't think I'll rush back.
