Came for our family pre Xmas dinner. I had the lamb which was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. It was a very succulent and tasty. For dessert I had chocolate brownie with caramel ice-cream and chocolate sauce. Rich & fabulous! Definitely recommend you visit for good quality food, welcoming staff and pleasent atmosphere. *two course £25 with FREE after dinner coffee. 3 course £30 friendly. Will definitely return to have another flavoured tastebud experience! Parking: Easy access. Turn off the main road straight into & out of the car park. Large and free for restaurant users. Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled toilet and plenty of space for mobility aids.
As normal the food is excellent generous portions if you come away hungry its your own fault and staff so friendly and welcoming
Haven't been to this restaurant for ages, not since the current owners took over. Why ever not? Warm friendly welcome from staff. The table was decorated with flowers and fancy napkins specially for my birthday. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. My steak was the most expensive item at £25 and it was absolutely perfect. Will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.
Rediscovered this place since the pandemic. It's better than ever before,so glad to find a pub which serves real food. Just had a valentines meal there, and it was superb. Nice freshly cooked food and refreshingly fresh vegetables. Highly recommend this pub.

My wife and I have enjoyed regular Takeaway meals ever since they started during COVID . They are very well prepared, hot, tasty flavoursome and good value. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is done efficiently and with the highest standards of hygiene in mind. We would thoroughly recommend. Dietary restrictions: I have to have a Gluten Free menu and have always found Steve very accommodating.
10/10 Great food, lovely staff and importantly when we had booked for a group of 55, all food was hot well presented and they catered for the special dietary requirements of those that needed them without fuss. Lovely and welcoming service, food arrives quickly and menu caters for those with gluten/dairy free diets. My Nan is Celiac and they are very good to her here. Would recommend.
