Thank you for a wonderful Mother's Day meal!! We were shown to our table promptly on arrival and after a short interval, a waitress took our order for drinks and food. The wait for food was not long at all, considering how busy they were. It was all hot and tasted beautiful. A waiter called at our table to check all was OK & ask if we needed anything. After the main course, I ordered a Sourdough Sticky Toffee Pudding to share with my daughter, which tasted amazing!! A genuinely wonderful experience in a lovely riverside setting!! Definitely recommend
Popped in for the first time for lunch with my mum and was so pleasantly surprised with how lovely it was. Delicious mulled wine to warm us up and the vegan options were all delicious! Lovely staff will definitely be coming back :
Fantastic service in a lovely location. The outside seeting area with heaters at each table allows for safe get together during these difficult Covid times. Staff very professional and friendly. Ample on site parking is a bonus.
Not an ordinary dinner, I would say that was more like a culinary experience. Service is impeccable with staff very professional and welcoming. Mushrooms risotto melted in my mouth, love it ! Definitely we'll come back.

This place relies on its location rather than the quality of its food! Service was great but a tomato, red onion and basil side salad without the basil, one tomato and you had to search hard for the red onion! The waitress was apologetic but at £4.50 it feels like robbery! The chairs could do with some TLC too....
We ate here 4 times during our stay in a cottage just around the corner. The food was excellent and there were lots of options for the kids. Prices were fantastic and the drinks were perfect.
I like this restaurant for its location, its clientelle and the speed of service. Their food is very tasty too. The price is affordable and yes on a nice sunny day, its a perfect place to eat and just people watch!
Came in for dinner was meet with a smile,waitress was very happy and perlite, food came out edible..Hake was very nice with a spicy casulet. Value for money . Left happy .
Been both for Sunday lunch and breakfast - both lovely. Lots of options for vegans and for children. Setting is also beautiful. Staff are attentive but I often feel they could do with a few more servers as they are so busy albeit it’s never really impacted service x
