I always pop in and have a friendly chat with the members of staff and any video games i am after they always get that game in for me once i have pre ordered it
Went in today to ask for a game. The guy in there was rude. Didn’t even greet me how you should greet a customer, didn’t ask me if I wanted help nothing waited for me to go over. I proceeded to show the game I wanted, he checked and he said they didn’t have it. He said they have a second hand one for £2 less I was like I’m not gonna bother I’ll get it elsewhere brand new and he sort of rolled his eyes and was like ok then.
Didn't have the game in stock despite many display cases on show.
In this place we get different types of gym wear for women and men ,
Scott is always so helpful and eager to help you get what you need. Not a 5 star because the shop has been super compressed into Sports Direct and not a lone shop
Have been in here a few times and always found the staff extremely helpful
The stuff is really good and very but I am disappointed I had pre ordered pokemon violet and scarlet and they told you will get the figurines for sure and when the day came to pick up the game they say sorry we are limited while they told me is guaranteed to get it and they just gave me a bag of pokemon I was so lucky they moved inside the mall and they don't have the full support of game store
Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. Awnsered all my questions and helps me out tremendously. 5* you guys have always been amazing every time I come in!
Seriously under staffed but they are brilliant and supper helpful
Reserved an item and got what I wanted but guy at the desk was sarcastically rude, tried to make small talk to make it less awkward but he didn’t respond. I’ll stick to the one in Watford from now on, I don’t know what I expected coming here to be honest.
