Horrible staff, sarcastic and treating me like a neusence when I just asked a question, waste of my time...also have a child working there and doing jobs for the adults as most of them apparently cannot be bothered, snatched the products out of my hand and just generally not nice people, I feel sorry for the nice people who have to work with these others :/

Massively overpriced as a chain. you can get newly released games for up to half the price Game retail at if you shop around. 

Staff have next to no actual knowledge of gaming in my own experience, and I am only a casual gamer. They are only looking to try and push the next sale onto you.
