I went into branch.  Very professional staff.  Dealt with me quickly.  Even managed a wry nostalgic smile when I presented a cheque to pay in..... Please don’t close anytime soon. I drove from Welling (my branch closed a while back) I’m young but it’s still nice to do face-to-face, especially when depositing a cheque for a sizeable amount of money.

worse than dreadful, 10 years ago this bank was excellent with very good customer service. Unfortunately over the years they have gone down the pan.
So much so I have had to find a new bank the experience with this lot is to much unnecessary stress
