A seriously appalling bank!! When my mother died my sister and I needed to set up an account to handle her estate. We made the application at this branch but after weeks of speaking to them and their estates sectino , it turned out they'd lost the papers. When trying to contact them to sort this out, I phoned and was cut off. I called back and they simply put the phone down on the desk. I listened to them chatting about sport and soap operas etc, laughing while they did no work. How stupid leave the phone and to let a customer hear this! Did I comp[lain you ask? Why bother, the so called "helpful bank" is about as helpful as a mugger!
