Whats the point of this place. Not open before 9.30 after 4.30 or of weekends. When are we supposed to use the services exactly?

Barely open or staffed and the staff they do have are unsupervised and undertrained.

Your local friendly Barclays Bank. It's a small branch so the wait can be quite long but it's alright as you get to speak to a person face to face at the other end. Quite rare these days.

Rude staff and a very understaffed bank. Staff clearly couldn't give a stuff about the customers and are not at all approachable. Will claim you have to call to do even the smallest tasks such as order a new card.
