It's not just now and again it's everytime I come here,  never enough staff and most are either rude or stupid, definitely going to check out other banks.

Queue for 15 minutes for a desk with no sign, get told I'm in the wrong place and to join a longer queue, with a shrug. Pathetic service, going to change banks as soon as possible.

Poor service and professionalism by the staff at this branch. Have banked with NatWest for ages but very disappointed with the service they offer

Always a queue to the door, and just one cashier. I queued for 50 minutes to withdraw money this week. Signage as to which of the three areas of the bank to use are poor. Staff are very friendly, but the service at this branch is almost always poor.
