There is allways a que the staff seem to be more concerned with trying to sell you stuff rather than serving you quickly and they don't stop trying to sell you stuff when you say I'm not interested

A Barclay Visa Card has been stolen whilst in Malaysia.
It is almost three weeks gone by. Having gone thru  the entire
process of reporting the missing card via email and even spoken to your toll free 
staff, am still not able to settle this matter. Is such a loyal customer  meant
to travel all the way back to the UK to retrieve the card as your loyal custoimer is at a dead lock
 with all the monies spent on oversaes call rates to your bank in Dartford, the servicrs
of being able to get a replacement within 24 hours as displayed in your publicity stints
is not for real. How would one feel if for three weeks now, the account holder is without
money and has to borrow fiunds for daily expenses AND HAVE  to buy an air ticket to  travel all the way back to the UK ?
What has happened to all the high  tech jargon ? May as well go back to the old days of having
to write letters. This matter is supposed to be settled within 24 hours so what should your customer
do ?
TOTALlY  DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED AND CANNOT IMAGINE THAT WE ARE DEALING
WITH A BANK IOF THE 21ST.CENTIRY !
