waited on the phone for around 20 minutes, only to be met with an advisor who you could barely hear, very echoey and when we started to explain our problem they hung up straight away. not a care in the world, don’t use these at all
I've filled out and sent the online form but had no confirmation email, how long before I hear anything?
very unhelpful, waited 3 her a to be told come in the next day and approach my dept query in a correct fashion. not to mention a particular dept upon seeing the advisor, but say u have dept to open a file. ridiculous... last person to be seen at 1.20, got in at 9.20. guess he wanted to go home fast.
Good information & support.
I have tried to ring the 01322 number given on 5 separate occasions on difefrent days and no one has picked up or answered and there is no answer machine. As I cannot contact Trading Standards unlss the CAB get involved ,how is any of this helpful? No one can help me. Disgusting

The staff are very helpful and friendly can help you with most situations money advice benefit advice debt management housing benefit community charge and so on very good in the time of crisis very understanding and helpful and discerning staff make you feel at ease I'm very grateful for them and the help they given me

Not much advice given. Staff seem bit restless and not really tuned into what I was trying to get profesional guidence on. Maybe understaffed ?
