There is one staff who works in the counter is not friendly at all. The worst HSBC branch I have ever visited.

Rubbish bank. Been banking with HSBC for 12 years. Getting worst and the apps is the biggest joke. 
Currently been waiting for 30 mins in a queue and no staff in sight.

Been banking here since it was Midland Bank 25 or so years ago.  Staff are always friendly and queues are not too bad.
