We are a family-owned craft bakery founded in 1890 with tearooms in Burford, Witney, Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham and Stratford-Upon-Avon.

BAKERS BORN & BRED
During the day we make confectionary and patisserie. At night we bake bread and bun goods. Each morning at 2am we load up our bakers van and deliver to our 5 tearooms. That's how we make sure our handmade products are waiting for you fresh each morning.

FAMILY RUN FOR 127 YEARS
Established in 1890 at the heart of the Cotswolds. Mr Titcomb originally delivered breads and cakes by donkey and cart. Given the impracticalities of donkeys we have modernised some things over the years - but we still bake everything by hand using local Cotswold ingredients.

Beautiful tea room with wide selection of sweets and savouries! Came here for lunch, which was quite busy, but service was quick and friendly. Scones were soft and fluffy, best enjoyed warm. We tried the ham & mushroom pie, and pork burger, which were both delicious and huge in portion - would recommend sharing between two if you’re getting tempting pastries along side! :)

Nice place to have tea, coffee, cake and scones. We had nice cuppa tea, hot chocolate and scones with jam and cream. Best scones I've ever had. Had to wait in a queue to get a place. Must be be very popular.

Great place to have lunch or afternoon tea,food top rate,good menu and wonderful attentive staff. Restaurant bigger than it looks with good decor and atmosphere with an adjoining shop/small courtyard cafe. Worth visiting

Very lovely time. Went with elderly parents and each enjoyed a delicious beverage and cake. Stairs to toilets were a bit of a challenge but the staff helped immensely

We'll happily drive from Stony Stratford to have breakfast or lunch here. First class food and regardless of how busy it gets, service is always spot on. Fantastic range of food on offer all having a very home cooked feel to it....that's a good thing, obviously if no-one in your house can cook you'll need to ignore that last comment. Definitely worth a visit and the surrounding area too if you have time on your hands.
