Just come back from a 2 night stay at The Bay Tree Hotel. Received a very warm welcome and our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We dined at the restaurant both evenings and the food was superb. Credit to the wonderful chef who served up a 5 star dining experience! Will definitely return!

What a fantastic place. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the staff are lovely. We went for a wedding and had exclusive use of the whole place from 11am on Saturday until 11am on the Sunday so we got to see nearly all the rooms and we were amazed. I would definitely go back here again. It is cosy and rustic and has so many original features. The breakfast was also fabulous and the food... delicious.

Having our wedding at the Bay Tree this summer and have been to the hotel a couple of times this year already. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great team, great venue

Afternoon tea was lovely but the sandwiches were a little muddled. With special dietary requirements this was a shame as one member of the party could eat one very tiny finger sandwich and as they didn't have cake it was not brilliant. Surroundings lovely though when the sun is shining as the garden was beautiful.

Went for a family wedding, and it was a great venue, great food, good staff, and unlike almost everywhere else in Burford, it actually had parking too.
