Welcome to the Spice Lounge Burford
Indian Restaurant and Take Away in Burford, Oxfordshire

The Contemporary decor of our restaurant has been designed to create a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the excellent cuisine, with friendly service from our expert staff.

The emphasis is on organic and creative dishes. Ethnic recipes are used to provide a diverse, unusual menu, while focusing on healthy eating. Wherever possible we buy local foods with most of our purchases from our chef's personal recommendations.

The Spice Lounge is located on the main High Street in the attractive Cotswold town of Burford.

Lovely staff , food was very tasty , not overly large but extremely satisfying and dosent lay heavy . Definitely recommended Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine for my girlfriend's birthday !

Ordered Momos which is similar to dumplings but was served a big oily paratha with lots of shredded chicken in it. More like a super oily wrap. complaint and was told this is how we make Momos, this is our style. It is like asking for beef burger and getting served beef tartare. They took it back and did not charge but totally unacceptable.

Had a meal with my wife and mother-in-law and was recommended this place. All I can say is awesome. Best Indian I have ever had. Great service and great food. Would give 10 stars if I could

Staff were really nice and the restaurant is clean and smart but the food was quite basic and somewhat bland. Try the papadums and avoid the tarka Dahl .
