Doctors very helpful. However, is now very difficult to order a prescription. The phone is obv being left off the hook after hours and weekends. Reception staff say the line is just very busy, which is nonsense.
The staff now have a professional approach and communicate without hassle or effort so I've bumped up my review to 5 stars to reflect this and the GP's professional attitude/capabilities. Seeing a Doctor induces stress and if you are already stressed then.....
The best GP practice I have ever had. All of the staff members couldn't be more helpful or empathic. They really strive to help and solve problems for their patients and so warm and welcoming too.
