Rude and unprofessional, doctor literally was burping when on the phone with me and making jokes about my problem, making it seem like it was nothing, yet for me something that I was going to therapy about. Also Few months ago was misdiagnosed, I had a tumour yet the doctor said it’s for sure just an infection and declined my request to see a specialist.
Hands down the best GP I have ever been registered with. Never an issue getting an appointment, everyone so friendly and helpful. The reception staff are amazing, the doctors and nurse fantastic.
Doctor Pugh is a horrific, obnoxious imbecile with no manners who doesn't know how to behave like a proper human being. Never attended a GP Surgery as bad as this one.
Helpful at times depending on what doctor your given that day, staff are friendly and most of the doctors are understanding a few are very off putting and make you not want to speak to them
Rubbish doctor they do,t listen properly carefully.I have cough from last 3 month .I visit 4 times surgery doctor could not investigate why I have cough .not profational doctors not qualified doctor totally waste time .I would not recommend any one go there .
Nurse is lovely does above and beyond her job to help.Doctors are great very professional
